How do I register for a webinar I'd like to attend?
Platinum and Premium members will be automatically registered for all live webinars. You will receive your login via email.
If you are a FREE member, you will have access to selected webinars throughout the year for free. You will be able to register for these through the DrMeganKelly.com website – look for “FREE” on the webinar advert.
If the webinar you would like to attend is not a free webinar, you do have the option to purchase individual access. Once your payment has been processed, you will be directed to a registration page.
How do membership payments work?
Payments are on a monthly direct debit and are paid through PayPal.
How do I cancel my membership?
You may cancel your membership at any time and you will still receive your member’s benefits for 30 days after the last payment date.
Can I share my login details with someone else?
You will be able to login with a certain number of IP addresses. If you exceed this number you will be locked out of the website completely. Sharing our details is against our terms of service.
I am having problems logging in.
Forgotten your password or username? Do a search for our original sign-up email or email us at email@example.com and we will send you the welcome email again.
How do I access the members' forum?
Only Platinum members have access to the members’ forum. If you are a Platinum member you can ask to join the Facebook forum here.
